Delete your account

1. In the app, open your Account page and choose Delete account.
2. Type your email to confirm. If you use two-step verification, enter your code too.

Your account is closed at once: your API keys stop working (so do streams published with them) and the app only lets you cancel the deletion or sign out. Your personal subscription is cancelled. The account and its data are deleted 30 days later. We email you when you make the request and again when the deletion is done.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your personal workbooks, recordings, API keys and live streams.
• Kept: work in organization projects stays with the organization and passes to its owner. Other members never lose work because you left.

Changed your mind

Sign in within the 30 days and choose Cancel deletion. Your account and data are back as they were, except API keys: create new ones.
