Process plants & control rooms
Control-room views that never leave your network.
Plant signals with alarm limits, a gauge panel for the shift, and live data encrypted from sender to screen. The relay can run inside your site, so Kymoscope only issues the tickets that let your people in.
Unit 2 · primary loop
Two minutes of a primary loop at 10 Hz: pressure, temperature, flow and valve position with alarm limits, and a gauge panel. Every 90 seconds a pressure excursion crosses its limit.
What you can do today
- End-to-end encryption
- AES-256-GCM sealed by the sender and opened by the viewer; the relay forwards ciphertext.
- Self-hosted relay
- One docker command on your network; signed tickets verified locally, working without internet after setup.
- Alarm limits everywhere
- Limits on trends and gauges, coloured by zone, so an excursion stands out on a wall screen.
- Teams
- Organisations with seats and invitations; streams visible only to the people who should see them.
How it fits your setup
- Historian or PLC
- A short Python script reads your historian, OPC gateway or PLC exports and publishes them as encrypted streams.
- Control room
- Any browser on the plant network; your own devices open your streams without typing a password.
- Offline sites
- Fully air-gapped deployments are scoped per contract; tell us about your site.
