Vibration monitoring
See the fault frequency before you hear it.
Accelerometer data at kHz rates, its spectrum and its spectrogram, live in the browser. A developing bearing defect is a line at a frequency you can name, and an overall level that leaves its zone.
Pump P-201 · drive-end bearing
A 5 kHz accelerometer with an outer-race defect growing over 30 seconds: the waveform, the spectrum line at 162 Hz, the spectrogram, and the overall RMS against its zones.
What you can do today
- Spectrum and spectrogram
- Hann or rectangular windows, amplitude or dB, linear or log frequency, and a 3-D waterfall view.
- High-rate live
- Column blocks at 10 kHz and above per stream, drawn every frame without dropping samples.
- Gauges with zones
- Overall levels coloured by value zones you set, next to the traces they summarise.
- Alarm lines
- Limits drawn on spectra, traces and gauges, so a reading out of zone is obvious at a glance.
How it fits your setup
- Sensors
- TDMS, HDF5, MAT or CSV exports from any DAQ, or a small sender script; native plugins for simulators.
- Many machines
- One stream per machine; viewers switch between them or overlay them.
- Plant network
- A self-hosted relay keeps condition data inside the site.
In development
Coming next for vibration monitoring
- Alarms on band levels with email, Slack or Teams notification
- Trend of fault-band energy across weeks to catch slow drift
- Reports per machine after each inspection round
Try it on your own data
